Retreat
Retreat means different things to many people. To me, it means stepping away and allowing your body the space it needs to recharge and come out of "fight or flight" mode, your body's natural sympathetic nervous system response to stress, and move into a place of safety, cell regeneration and healing, a parasympathetic response. When your parasympathetic nervous system is allowed to be on, your body can rest, recharge, and digest.
I offer many forms of retreat. If you only have 5 minutes, I can provide you evidence-based tools to help. If you have a weekend for a much deserved recharge, we have that option as well. Keeping coming back to check out what we have on the schedule next, but if you have any needs, or would like to get a group together to rest, heal, learn, and grow together just let us know! We'd love to accommodate your needs.
