Our reality is a mirror of what's happening inside us at that moment. I can work with you to identify toxic mental patterns you might be finding yourself in that might be causing anxiety, fear, or distress and where they might be originating from.

A healthy outside begins on the inside but that doesn’t mean you have to be “positive” all of the time. You have so many different emotions! Let’s look at all of them, identify them, validate those emotions and then go from there.
