Group Programs & Workshops
Group experiences offer a supportive environment for learning, reflection, and shared growth. Practicing in a group setting helps normalize common experiences while building practical skills for stress regulation, emotional awareness, and resilience.
Programs are designed to be accessible to all experience levels and integrate mindfulness, somatic awareness, guided reflection, and nervous system regulation practices. Participants leave with tools they can use in everyday life while benefiting from connection and shared experience.

Breath & Nervous System Regulation Groups
Guided Breath for Inner Calm in collaboration with the Healing Sanctuary, Exton | In-Person Monthly Sessions
Second Thursday of each month | 6:30–7:30 PM
A guided breathwork experience designed to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with a sense of calm and steadiness.
