About Christina

Hi, I’m Christina, nurse, educator, and founder of Health & Healing with Christina.
I support individuals, especially healthcare professionals and high-capacity caregivers, in restoring sustainable energy, resilience, and whole-person well-being.
I have been a registered nurse since 2003. Over two decades in acute care, community health, frontline crisis response, and health education have given me a deep understanding of both the science of healthcare and the human experience within it. I have seen how capable, compassionate people quietly carry stress, grief, and nervous system depletion while continuing to show up for others.
My work is rooted in a holistic, evidence-informed approach that integrates clinical expertise with nervous system regulation, mindfulness, trauma-aware care, and energy-based therapies.
In 2011, my 5½-month-old son passed away from a significant congenital heart condition. That loss profoundly shaped my personal and professional path. I experienced firsthand how unprocessed emotional pain can manifest physically, and how traditional care models, while essential, do not always address the full human experience.
My own healing required integration. Science and soul. Structure and softness. Regulation and reflection. That journey led me to Healing Touch, nurse coaching, mindfulness-based stress reduction, and clinical hypnotherapy. I found approaches that honored both physiology and lived experience, and I now bring that same integrative lens to the individuals and organizations I serve.
Whether we are working one-to-one or in a group setting, my intention is the same. To create a psychologically safe space where you can regulate, reflect, and reconnect with your own capacity.
This is not about fixing what is wrong.
It is about restoring what has been overextended.
